A concert night starts long before the first song. Dinner in Manhattan, friends joining from different hotels, somebody landing that afternoon, then thousands of people heading toward the same arena.
With our New York concert transportation, you choose the artist and who is coming, and we take care of the chauffeured side of the evening.
A Night with More Than One Stop
Few concert nights run simply home, venue, home. You may meet friends for dinner in Midtown, collect someone from a Brooklyn hotel, or add another stop once the music ends.
When you book our New York concert limo service, we add that sequence to the booking. A few on-site details affect how it works:
- Madison Square Garden: MSG sits above Penn Station, between 7th and 8th Avenues and West 31st and West 33rd Streets. Street access and entrance instructions can change for individual events, so we confirm the practical drop-off for your concert rather than assuming the vehicle can stop right outside the doors.
- Barclays Center: The Brooklyn venue provides designated drop-off and pick-up zones along Atlantic Avenue and Flatbush Avenue.
We also arrange concert transfers in New Jersey and Connecticut when a reservation extends beyond New York.
Flying Into New York on Concert Day
A flight and a concert ticket on the same day call for a different kind of itinerary.
If you are coming through JFK or LaGuardia, the useful question is not simply how far the airport sits from the venue, because terminal rules also affect how the evening starts:
- JFK: at the moment, passengers arriving at Terminals 5 and 7 who use a for-hire vehicle or car service take the free AirTrain to the Howard Beach pick-up lot. Because ongoing construction continues to change road access, confirm the current procedure for your terminal and arrival date.
- LaGuardia: car-service pick-up points include Level 2 of the Terminal B parking garage and the arrivals inner lane at Terminal C, while Terminal A uses a designated area across from the building.
If the night begins at JFK or LaGuardia, add the flight number, luggage count, and your hotel or first stop to the request, so we can arrange the airport transfer and the concert under one reservation.
What to Confirm Before You Leave for the Concert
These details decide when you should leave and where you get out, so confirm them for your specific concert:
- Doors versus showtime: a published door time comes ahead of the opening act, and security lines add more on top.
- Ticketed entrance: if your ticket lists one, share it with us so we can factor it into where we drop you off.
- Bag size: at Barclays Center, the general policy prohibits backpacks and bags larger than 10 x 6 x 2 inches, and individual concerts can apply additional rules.
- Bag check: do not assume one will be available, and look at the specific event listing before departure.
Getting Picked Up After the Concert
The return leg is where a great night can lose its glow, with an entire arena emptying at once.
- Agree on a meeting point before you go in: settle on one spot with us, such as one of the curbside zones, so six or fourteen people are not searching the sidewalk for each other.
- Expect the finish to move: encores and exit lines change when you reach the curb, so treat the listed end time as an estimate.
- Allow for street changes: after sold-out shows, police and venue staff can redirect traffic around the arena, so the agreed spot may move a block or two. Have your phone charged and confirm the final location with your chauffeur once you are outside.
Matching the Vehicle to Your Concert Party
A couple heading to Madison Square Garden needs something different from fourteen friends meeting for a Barclays Center show.
Your headcount and any extra stops determine which vehicle we recommend.
- A concert date night: for up to three passengers whose evening includes dinner, the performance, and a late drink afterward, we send our Mercedes-Benz S 580.
- Friends leaving from one address: we seat up to six passengers in our Chevrolet Suburban, depending on any luggage or other items the group needs to bring.
- A bigger crowd: a group of up to fourteen fits in our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van, so the reservation does not split across several rides.
What We Need for Your Concert Reservation
At Driven Limo, we put chauffeurs with at least 10 years of driving experience behind the wheel of every booking.
In our Google reviews, one passenger described a reservation better than any general promise could:
“Definitely on point, they came and picked me and 5 other barbers up at work to take us to a concert at the Barclay Center. We made it on time and the price, just let me say wow!!!! (The Best)” (Candy E.)
