LaGuardia Airport Car Service

Touching down at LGA is only the first part of the day. With our LaGuardia Airport car service, you skip the taxi line and the rideshare search: a private chauffeur meets you, helps with the bags, and takes you directly to your address.

Bookings are open for any hour, from a 6 a.m. landing to a flight due close to midnight.

Where You Meet Your Chauffeur at LGA

LaGuardia has three terminals, and passenger airline operations are concentrated in Terminals B and C. Air Canada, American, Frontier, JetBlue, Porter, Southwest, and United fly from Terminal B, while Delta uses Terminal C.

The bigger difference for our LGA Airport car service lies in the zone each building directs you to:

  • At Terminal B, you head into the parking garage, where chauffeured cars wait on Level 2.
  • At Terminal C, chauffeurs line up along the inner roadway outside arrivals.

The curbs also operate as active loading areas, and LaGuardia lets vehicles wait there only after the passenger has collected all belongings.

That is why we monitor your inbound flight status rather than relying solely on the arrival time entered when you booked.

Our airport reservation policy includes a 45-minute grace period for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international flights. This window starts the moment the plane lands.

Then you choose how you want to be greeted:

  • In the arrivals hall: if you request Meet & Greet, your chauffeur holds a name sign at a place we confirm in advance, then walks with you to the vehicle in the area LGA reserves for it.
  • At the curb: once your bags are in hand, follow the instructions we provide and LGA’s “Car Services” signs to the designated spot.

If you are arranging an airport transfer for a family member, client, employee, or guest, you can forward those details before they board.

What to Expect When Leaving LaGuardia

LGA sits in East Elmhurst, close to Midtown, yet transfer time to Manhattan varies considerably by hour and exact destination.

Weekday rush periods, construction, and traffic on the Grand Central Parkway and approaches to the city can add substantial delays compared with lighter-traffic periods.

Holiday weekends and events at nearby Citi Field or the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center can also slow traffic around the airport.

Common Transfers From LGA

With our LGA Airport limo service, the reservation reflects what happens once the suitcase leaves the carousel. These are the main routes:

  • LGA to Manhattan: we drop you at hotels such as Park Hyatt New York at 153 West 57th Street, which lists LaGuardia at approximately 10 miles away, or at the office for a morning meeting in Midtown. If the day continues after that first transfer, your business itinerary can continue from there.
  • LGA to Brooklyn or Queens: the destination can be a home in Park Slope, Long Island City, or elsewhere in the two boroughs, or a hotel where several guests check in together. Once the airport portion ends, moving your party between the hotel and later New York stops can form a separate plan.
  • LGA to JFK or Newark: if your itinerary continues through another regional airport, an airport-to-airport transfer can cover that separate leg.

We also serve destinations in Westchester, Connecticut, and New Jersey.

Preparing Your Reservation

A common worry is not knowing where to go once you are off the plane. A few details let us make those instructions specific to you:

  • your flight, including the airline
  • domestic or international status
  • passenger count
  • number and approximate size of bags
  • final destination
  • curbside or inside Meet & Greet
  • child seats or other special requests

LGA bookings require a minimum of two hours’ notice. For departures, we match the drop-off to your airline’s terminal instead of treating “LGA” as the complete destination. Share your departing flight and carrier as well, since your departure may move to another building.

Leaving enough time for the trip back to LGA matters as much as the arrival. Airlines generally advise arriving two hours early for domestic routes and three for international ones.

Choosing a Vehicle for an LGA Pickup

After a busy concourse, our fleet gives you a private, climate-controlled space for the trip into New York. Each model fits a different number of people, from a single passenger to groups that need more seats.

  • Cadillac XTS: a three-seat executive sedan for one person or a couple.
  • Chevrolet Suburban: an option for families and small teams of six or fewer.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van: capacity for 14, so a corporate delegation, or friends arriving for a celebration can travel together to one address.

Before confirming, we check the final choice against your luggage, since large checked cases take far more space than small personal bags.
