Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

When you book with us, you’re trusting us with more than your name, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight details, and sometimes notes about who’s coming along. We’re Driven Limo Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a chauffeured transportation company that takes your trust seriously and serves New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. This policy walks through what we collect, why, who can see it, how long we hold onto it, and the say you have in all of it. It covers drivenlimo.com and any reservation made by phone or email.

Information We Collect

When you request a quote, book a reservation, or just reach out with a question, here’s what we ask for:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Pickup and destination addresses, along with the date, time, and type of service you’re booking.
  • Vehicle preference, passenger count, and hours requested.
  • Any additional details you add in the notes field, such as a flight number, a hotel name, or a request for a car seat.
  • The content of any message you send us through a contact form, phone call, or email.
  • Your vehicle’s location while a trip is active, so we can route efficiently and estimate arrival times accurately.

If you visit our site but don’t submit a form, we also collect basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, and device details, through the normal operation of our website.

How We Collect and Use It

Most of what we know about you comes straight from you, through our quote and reservation forms, a phone call, an email, or the contact form on our site. Our website also picks up a bit of basic technical data on its own, the way most websites do.

We use it to do what you’d expect: confirm your reservation, line up the right chauffeur, track vehicle location for accurate arrival times, answer your questions, and check in afterward if needed. It also helps us keep accurate records, sort out billing questions if they come up, and improve our booking forms over time. We don’t use your information for anything beyond that.

Trip and Reservation Details

A limo reservation usually carries more than a name and a phone number. Pickup and drop-off addresses, flight details you share with us, notes about a child car seat, that’s the kind of thing that goes into your reservation record. That means your chauffeur shows up ready for the trip instead of guessing. We hold onto it only as long as described under Data Retention below. See Who We Share Information With below for details.

Payment Information

Our online quote and reservation forms never ask for payment card details. If you arrange payment with us by phone, in person, or by invoice, our team processes it through whatever method we’re using at the time. We don’t store full card numbers on our website.

Cookies and Other Tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies. These can help our booking forms work correctly, show us how visitors use the site, and, if we run advertising in the future, measure its performance. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, though doing so may affect how well our forms function. We’ll update this section if we add a specific analytics or advertising tool so it names what’s actually running on the site. We don’t currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Who We Share Information With

We’re not in the habit of passing your information around. It goes only to the people and tools we genuinely need to get you where you’re going or run our business:

  • With the chauffeur assigned to your reservation, so they have your pickup details and contact information.
  • With our dispatch and booking software, which stores and processes reservation requests.
  • With service providers who support our website, email, and phone systems.
  • With a payment processor, for any transaction completed electronically.
  • With government authorities or legal counsel, if required by law or legal process.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention and Security

We retain reservation, billing, and contact records for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain accurate business files, and meet any legal or tax obligations. We delete or de-identify records we no longer need for these purposes on a regular basis.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we can’t promise that information will never be exposed. We do work to reduce that risk and respond quickly if something goes wrong. If a breach ever affects your information, we’ll notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

Your Rights and Choices

You’re always welcome to ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you.
  • Correct information that’s inaccurate or out of date.
  • Delete your information, subject to records we’re required to retain for legal or business reasons.
  • Get a copy of your information in a portable format.
  • Opt out of any marketing email or text message, using the method described below.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the information at the end of this policy. A few fields on our forms are required to confirm a booking, so leaving those blank may mean we can’t complete your reservation.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from them. Plenty of our passengers are kids on family trips. In those cases, a parent or guardian gives us that information as part of the booking, which is completely normal. If you believe a child has given us personal information directly through our website, contact us, and we’ll remove it.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to other sites, such as airports, venues, payment services, or social media platforms. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for how they treat your information.

Email and SMS Communications

We may contact you by email or text about an active or upcoming reservation. By sharing your phone number, you’re agreeing to receive texts related to your booking, like your chauffeur’s details ahead of the trip. If we ever send marketing emails or texts, each one will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also contact us directly, and we’ll take you off any mailing list.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
